Acceptable use

Use Conceird for your own lawful job search. These rules protect candidates, employers and the service, and form part of the Terms of Service.

Effective 16 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-16

Accurate facts. Authorised applications. Respectful communication. Do not use automation to fabricate a profile, impersonate someone, evade a security control or spam employers.

1. Be truthful and authorised

  • Submit your own CV and confirm only facts you can support. Do not invent experience, qualifications, salary history, work authorisation, references or identities.
  • Keep your contact details, availability and job preferences current. Review information parsed from your CV before approving it.
  • Do not upload another person’s data, confidential employer material, unlawful content or files that infringe a right. Ensure any necessary permission exists.
  • Do not use the service for a child or to make applications for another person through your own account.

2. Respect employers and recipients

  • Do not send spam, threats, harassment, discriminatory content, phishing or misleading messages.
  • Respect employer application rules and eligibility requirements. Do not use multiple accounts to evade application limits or submit deceptive duplicates.
  • Do not ask the service to bypass CAPTCHAs, password barriers, bot protections, rate limits or access restrictions.
  • Do not authorise contracts, charges, background checks or other commitments through a custom answer that the service is not designed to accept.

Unsupported forms or missing facts may require you to continue directly with the employer. The employer’s privacy notice and application terms apply to information you submit there.

3. Protect accounts and systems

  • Keep credentials private. Do not trade, share or resell an account, or impersonate Conceird staff.
  • Do not upload malware, exploit a vulnerability, probe private data, disrupt the service, or evade billing and service limits.
  • Do not harvest candidate information, inbox content or private files. Public sharing links do not authorise bulk collection.
  • Do not manipulate referral rewards, create sham sign-ups or use a stolen payment method. Genuine billing disputes and statutory refund requests remain permitted.

4. How we handle misuse

We may pause affected activity, restrict access or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect systems or people, comply with law, or address a material breach. We may preserve relevant evidence for the complaint or investigation. Where appropriate and lawful, we give notice and an opportunity to explain or correct the issue.

We do not use this policy to remove mandatory consumer remedies or deny a legally due refund. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, use our grievance contact. The Terms of Service, Privacy Notice and Cancellation & Refund Policy explain your remaining obligations and rights.

Keep a copy of these policies for your records. Contact us if you need help understanding a term or exercising a right.
