For consumer complaints, we acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a resolution within one month, subject to any shorter period required by law. We provide a complaint reference, keep a record of the issue, and explain the resolution. You can request a copy of your recorded complaint. Identity verification for a privacy request is limited to what is reasonably necessary to protect the account.

3. What to include

  • Your account email and a short description of what happened.
  • The date, relevant job/application link, or subscription/payment ID and amount.
  • Useful screenshots with unrelated personal and banking information hidden.
  • The correction, cancellation, refund review or privacy action you are requesting.

For deletion or consent withdrawal, use Settings where possible, or email the privacy contact. If a payment appears pending or cancellation fails, keep the reference and contact us before paying again. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for billing remedies.

4. Escalation and your rights

Using support does not waive the right to a competent consumer commission, court, payment provider or regulator. You may also use the official National Consumer Helpline portal. For data protection complaints, use the competent statutory mechanism when applicable and available.

We do not charge a complaint fee or ask you to withdraw a genuine dispute as a condition of reviewing it. Our Privacy Notice and Terms of Service explain the service, your controls and the limits that apply subject to mandatory law.

Keep a copy of these policies for your records. Contact us if you need help understanding a term or exercising a right.
