1. Your weekly plan
Checkout discloses the recurring amount and weekly billing frequency before you pay. On confirmation, you request immediate access to the paid service. Renewals continue under your authorised payment mandate until you cancel or the mandate ends. Confirm the final price, taxes where applicable, and mandate details in the payment window.
Your fee covers service access and processing capacity. Application allowances are upper limits and depend on eligible roles, your facts, supported forms and employer systems. We do not sell a guaranteed application count, response, interview or job. A free or referral week is not redeemable for cash, and accepting free access alone does not authorise paid renewal.
2. When we do not offer voluntary refunds
Except for the exceptions below or a specific written commitment from us, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or prorated refunds for a paid period that has begun. This applies when you stop using the service, pause Autopilot, change preferences, find a job, do not complete setup, or cancel after renewal.
A low number of eligible roles, unsupported employer processes, unsuccessful applications, no recruiter replies, no interviews or no offer does not by itself establish a failure to provide the advertised software service. Unused capacity and missed opportunities caused solely by incorrect candidate information or candidate inaction do not create a voluntary refund entitlement. This clause does not excuse an actual deficiency, misleading description or non-delivery of the service we agreed to provide.
3. How to stop future renewals
Open Settings, choose “Cancel plan”, and complete the confirmation. Check that renewal is marked cancelled. For an active plan, access normally continues until the paid period ends; an unactivated subscription can be cancelled immediately. Any valid bonus access may continue after that. No separate cancellation fee applies.
Pause and cancel are separate controls. Pausing stops new application work, subject to a submission already in progress. It does not cancel your payment mandate or extend the paid period. Cancel before the next charge is initiated. If cancellation fails or you cannot access your account, contact us promptly; keep the error, time and subscription reference. You may also use payment-provider mandate controls, but tell us so we can reconcile your plan.
4. Billing corrections and statutory exceptions
We review duplicate or erroneous charges, a charge after an effective cancellation, an unauthorised charge, payment taken without the agreed access being provided, and service that is deficient, does not match its advertised or agreed characteristics, or is delivered late against an agreed schedule. Any statutory force-majeure exception remains subject to law. Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy, we will provide it. If we permanently discontinue the paid service, we will address the unused affected paid period.
A checkout confirmation for immediate service does not waive mandatory consumer rights. Our liability cap, usage rules or ordinary no-refund policy do not override those rights. A discretionary goodwill credit is not a substitute for a cash refund where a cash refund is legally due.
5. Pending or failed payments
A payment error or interrupted checkout does not prove that your bank has not debited you. If you see a debit without an active plan, do not pay again until the first transaction is checked. Send us the payment or subscription reference, charge date, amount and relevant screenshot, with unnecessary bank details hidden.
We will reconcile the charge with the payment provider and tell you whether access has been activated, a reversal is pending, or a refund is due. We cannot promise a bank reversal before the provider confirms its status.
6. How to request a review
Use the customer support and grievance contact and include your account email, payment/subscription ID, amount, date, issue and the remedy requested. Report problems as soon as you can so we can investigate; no informal reporting window in this policy reduces a statutory claim period. Never send a full card number, CVV, password or OTP.
We acknowledge a consumer complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within one month of receipt, subject to any shorter period required by law. We provide a complaint reference and explain the decision. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method where possible, within the applicable legal or payment-system timeframe. We will share the refund reference and expected provider timing; bank posting times can vary.
You retain the right to contact your bank or payment provider about a genuine billing dispute, or a competent consumer forum or regulator. We request accurate evidence and reasonable cooperation; we do not require you to give up those rights to obtain support.
Keep a copy of these policies for your records. Contact us if you need help understanding a term or exercising a right.
